I partnered with Gardeneers to revamp their outdated sponsorship packet and weekly newsletter design. Additionally, I created a customizable Canva template, allowing their team to easily update content on their own.

Their team distributes a weekly newsletter to schools, but their previous template lacked cohesion and strong design.
To enhance their communications, I designed a clean, professional, and on-brand newsletter template in Canva. This user-friendly design allows them to effortlessly update text and images while maintaining consistency. The footer includes a clear call-to-action button for donations, along with clickable social media links to boost engagement and awareness.

Sponsorship Packet Design
Gardeneers wanted to streamline their sponsorship packet, condensing their original four-page document into a single, easy-to-share page for potential sponsors.
Here’s how I refreshed their design to help them secure more sponsorships:
🌱 Added a QR code for a clear call to action.
🌱 Organized the content into easy-to-read sections.
🌱 Designed a balanced layout with strong hierarchy to highlight key details.
🌱 Built the document in Canva, allowing the nonprofit to update text and images effortlessly.
Google Meet and Zoom background for staff to use when meeting with external partners which helps build confidence and trust through a cohesive, professional look.
The design is intentionally minimal so it doesn’t interfere with on-screen controls or distract from the conversation. Instead, it creates a consistent, branded presence that supports clear communication and connection in a remote setting.
